Discomfort in Groin and Lower Abdomen
For the past 5 months I have experienced mild discomfort in the right side of my groin with no significant impact on my day to day life. However for the past 2-3 days I have felt small rice grain like structures on the topmost part of my right testicle. Please suggest!!

A detailed examination will be needed to rule out the lesion on your testis. Meanwhile it would be good to meet a dietician who could assist you in maintaining a healthy BMI too.
Next Steps
consult a general surgeon
