Discomfort in bladder area. Be the case.

More uncomfortable on left side of bladder than right. Intermittent pain or mind pain in following areas Around Penis head(the place where foreskin meets head) The place where penis meets with body I feel itchy inside balls(not exactly balls when i touch through the balls i feel a tube in which urine passes when i pee. It feels itchy from time to time) I was facing frequent urination issue. Consulted urologist in my town bladder is scanned and and reports are normal apart from uroflowmetry. uroflowmetry at that time peaked at 26.7 when i was going through frequent urination. Was told by doc that it should be around 60(not sure this resolved as I changed doctor because my condition become worse after I started his medication. Consulted doctor on practo I was prescribed with niftran 100 mg twice a day for 15 days to treat frequent urination 3 months back.it got better. (Not sure if my uroflowmetry is good now).I couldn't understand. what might be the case. Request for explaintion. 😭
