Discoloration in my groin.
I noticed discoloration in my groin Wednesday morning. I have some swelling in my scrotum. no pain. No itching. No recent heavy lifting.

Well sir I understand..but it's is really difficult to suggest you medication without examining the discolouration as well as the swelling..So I would definitely suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined about it..
