  4. Disc bulging L3-L4. Need of operation.

Sir my problem recognised 2 n half months ago, i have done two to three sessions of physiotherapy and taken medicines adviced. But still suffering by the same problem now doctor suggesting for epidural steroid injection. Sir i just want to know is it safe or it can solve my problem?doctor says there no need of operation .
