Hi , Dilated common bile duct with raised Alkaline phosphatase is suggestive of biliary obstruction probably a COMMON BILE DUCT stone or CHOLEDOCHAL CYST OR A PERIAMPULARY LESION.
GET A GGT TEST DONE.
GET A MRCP done to rule out biliary pathology.
