Digestive problem
I am 27 years old male suffering from functional bowel disease . I consulted many doctors but medicines do not work at all and most of the medicine being anti depression it causes severe dry mouth , headache . So for the last 1 year no treatment and I only take home made food , no outside food at all and I am in much better condition now . But now I have been selected as a officer in state civil service so I have to go three training centre of duration 2 months each , So how can I go there to be trained as I observed it if I eat little oily and spicy food then 3-4 times semi solid stool pass. And I think food in the training centre will not be like home made simple food these must be oily spicy as most of the young people like to take rich food. So what I should do now ?? I need leaving offer of being civil servant officer ???
