Hello, that's indigestion ,you either have very bad food habbit or there is some problem with intestine,have small frequenct meals instead of large one . Chew food properly, drink lot of water,have lot of vegetables daily that makes bowel habbit smoother. Consult gastroenterologist if you have enteritis.
