Been dealing with not emptying fully in the morning from very long. Now, due to this, she is dealing with bad breath and brain fog. Also, she has sitting job and 10 hours shift. She is vegetarian. Eating food from home only. She is eating outside food sometimes. Due to these issues, focus is not proper. What should include in diet to free from all these symptoms.
