Doctor You answered My question Very well for kachori. I got cured but not completely after treatment For lose nation I December. I get gas in stomach. Bowel evacuation Is not proper some time it pains little.after coming from Toilet there is discomfort in stomach. Doctor Told me its like grahani. Other Ayurveda Doctor told me aam-atisar. I Don't have any major problem. I think because of ameobaisis problem is reduced to Greater extent but some gas noise comes from stomach. Yesterday I got 6time bowel evacuation. Motion consistentcy was OK but in last stool was sticky. I want to come out guide me as I live in ahmednagar district.

Considering that you are following the previously adviced medicated water intake, following things are advisable-
1. Meal time and qunatity should be according to your hunger and not the time.
2. Avoid in-between food if any.
3. Mix 25gm dry ginger powder in a 100ml cows ghee( govardhan brand is quite preferable) and boil it for 5 min. Then filter and take 1 tea spoon before each meal.
4. Laghusutshekhar 1-1 tab with this ghee in-between meal (I.e. after completing half meal have the dose)
These are the basic medication in a start.
Take these atleast for 7-15 days to improve your digestion. Along with the previously explained medicated water. If still problem possess then better get checked and treated by genuine ayurveda practitioner.; Because then it's going to be a little long period treatment.
