Difficulty to hold urine

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I'm facing difficulty in holding urine after I have ejaculated for 1 to 2 days. If I drink less water then it's fine. I was treated for recurring UTI year back. Right now I have been through urine culture routine, usg whole abdomen blood tests, all are fine.
