I am 26 years old and it is very difficult to retract foreskin when erect l. Is there a solution to this problem?

Hello sir , is it like this always or not able to retract foreskin recently ? If it is always been like that it is phimosis and if recently been that way it is Balanoposthitis Either way you will need circumcision
