Difficulty in pooping in 1 month old bab
Now the baby weighs 2.8kg at birth he was 2.165kg(20 Feb)..I give him 1 scoop of formula in 30ml of water..the stool is hard..I have less breast milk and first I put baby to breast but tat doesn't satisfy his hunger..wat can be done so tat baby's pain go while pooping?

Firstly congrats on being a new mother . As a neonatologist I encounter this problem among my patients quite often. I would like to ask u, since when have u started giving formula feed??? Cos mixing the mothers milk with formula might lead to issues like constipation and tummy ache . Let us try to solve this problem . Do u feed the baby with lactogen everyday??? Has the breast milk production lowered recently or it has been like this since it’s birth? Cos if it is a recent even it can be reversed so that u can fulfil the baby’s nutrition by exclusions milk .. Have u been in any mental tensions ??? Cos that definitely affects
