Difficulty in breathing and speaking

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My brother was diagnosed with Covid , he is on covid medicine however he is not eating anything and has gone extremely weak for past one day he has been complaining of breathing issue and unable to speak . His SPO2 is consistently 98 and above , fever around 99 or less ...pls suggest ?
