Difficulty breathing while talking

I am an 19 year old student from Belgium. The last days i have been sitting at home without moving much because i’m preparing for my exams in january. I have since difficulty breathing and talking. i started getting this problem when i started studying. I study with a semi loud voice and thus talk alot. I have also started urinating alot like almost every hour.
