Unable to lie in any position sometimes. Cries when laid on lap and shoulder. Keeps riving his nose. Always sees the roof when laid flat on bed. . difficulty breathing

Hello........you have to take him to hospital... He has respiratory infection it could be upper or lower respiratory infection... Investigation like blood examination and chest x ray is required to know the actual problem. If it's bacterial infection doctor will give antibiotics. Consult pediatrician.
