Had a open fracture and a wound nearby. Got operated for fracture about 25 days ago.removing switches ortho doctor to keep wound closed while bathing water should not touch the spot.And to change dressing alternate day and also asked to consult plastic surgeon for open wound.He told to clean wound with H2O.what to do?

I understand your situation.
You seem confused with the doctors given advice. Buts it's clear what he said. You should not wet the wound but tourism open it and you can even clean it with hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact wwith water that is and you can also consult a cosmetic surgeon for the uncovers or open part of the wound with which he can help you.
