Difference of using meftol & paracetamol
My daughter weight 10kg 1.7yrs old having fever 101d doctor suggest to give dolo 250mg syrup 3ml 4 times in a gap of 6 hours also to give meftal p syrup when the temperature is high more than 102. What is the difference between these two syrups ?. Also can I give dolo syrup in gap of 6 hours and if the temperature is still high can I give meftal p syrup along with dolo syrup please suggest. Thanks in Advance
