Should I really have to take diethycarbamazine (DEC) every year? Is there any natural remedies with out taking the medicine?

Hi Drrakesh here General physician 10 years experience.. Why to take DEC ? Needed detailed teleconsultation.. In that teleconsultation.. 1.Detailed patients history 2.Presenting complaint, duration , severity associated symtomps as well 3.Past Medical history detailed analysis 4.Past Medical reports analysis 5.in case of diabetic ..diet chart from dietician also would be provided 6.review of on going treatment 7. necessary tests would be advised 8.if needed other specialialities opinion also would be included 9.review would be done with repots. 10.medicine would be upgraded or downgraded according to symtomps reports as well.
