Diet to stop menstrual problems
Hello, Please guide me, my daughter is 11 years old, she has irregular bleeding, one gynecologist suggested ovral L saying it's pcos, blood tests, thyroid all normal, another gynecologist told to give tranexa and dexorange. I want to help my daughter regularize periods with correct nutrition, please tell me if it is possible to stop prolonged period with right nutrition and without hormones.. please help..
