I'm using Amway plant protein (which is 82% soya protein) as my post workout drink. Confusion is that soya protein is not good for men, so many article is there regarding this that it increase estrogen level in men's body which is not good for men. So I need a clarification.If yes than how many grams one can take???

Hello....... Soya bean high content of protein, it's pulse like all other pulse.. Anything taken in optimum quantity doesn't affect health.. So you can take it. You take in limited quantity, nothing happens, so many people take soya to gain weight, or else take non vegetarian food items, it has more protein.....
