Diet,gestational diabetes and FGR
Hello Doctor, I am 29 weeks pregnant having gestational diabetes. I have restricted my diet as a result I found fetal growth restrictions with fetal weight only 1.16kg and less bpd 6.9. Should I change my diet or any better advice please. Thank You.

Diabetic diet should be followed. Add protein rich diet along with supplements in your diet chart. Keep count of fetal movement, along with serial sonography and Doppler
