Diet For Weight loss

I am very fat. Check my daily routine and suggest me some changes which I am going to opt: Breakfast : 5 soaked almonds And a cup of milk. School: 2 chhapati and a small bowl vegetable. Lunch : Sprouts and salad Evening : any one fruit. Dinner: 2 chappati and a bowl of vegetables. This plan I am going to adopt for weight loss from this Sunday. If anything is wrong then you kindly suggest me some change. Thank You

Diet Plan is ok. What about exercise? Start walking daily for atleast 40 min at start. Gradually increase it. You can also join gym for little workout if time permits.
