Kindly advise whether below can be eaten everyday in sufficient portion by a person having high cholesterol 1. Roasted Peanuts and jaggery 2. Coconut (wet and dry) 3. Milk 4. Roasted chicken 5. Boiled egg 6. Almonds 7. Cashew Nuts 8. Dates 9. Butter milk

Yes.. except coconut n its products which is still controversial..
