Diet during fever
I'm suffering from fever from yesterday due to which I felt a little bit tired..I'm going to gym regularly but not going there for 2-4 days due to fever ..so pls tell me som diet or food,fruits which prevents muscle loss..

Take high protein food like pulses ,milk , sprouts etc
