I want to do martial arts...I have become very weak but I want to recover soon.I also have to study..I have to do both mental and physical works..Can I get a full diet chart so that I can live a healthy active life..I am pure vegetarian..

HELLO,   CONSULT A DIETICIAN S HE SUGGEST PROPER DIET CHART ACCORDING TO WEIGHT HEIGHT. YET, ADD HIGH PROTEIN DIET LIKE CHEESE, PANEER, SPROUTS, SABUT DAL WITH COOKED, BLACK UDAD DAL IS VERY HEALTHY TWO TIMES A WEEK. SOYA,PRODUCT CHUNK, MILK,  NAMKEENS, BANANA WITH MILK. DIFFERENT TYPES OF AATTA BY PATANJALI, CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC IS VERY HELPFUL. FRESHCURD, BUTTER MILK INSTEAD OF MILK. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU, O.K, BYE.
