Diebetes problems
I am type 2 diebetic since last 12 year taking trajenta duo 2.5/500 twice a day with gldour 4 mg (glimpride) and saroglitazar 4 mg . Suger level getting in between 160 to 200. Is it same for me to be continue for long .

I would like to know your blood sugar values.HbA1C would have helped. You could increase Trajenta Duo to 5/500 once a day along with Glador 4 mg once a day.I would add another drug like Metformin 500 mg twice a day Saroglitazar use would have to be reviewed by a Physician or Endocrinologist You should frequently review your targets and get a basic evaluation done by a Physician to rule out any Diabetes complications considering the long duration of disease ne poor metabolic control
