Diarrhoea with headache
Continuous headache from 2 days ,loose motion, vomiting tendency,fever . First the matter is that I have feelings of cold 2 days ago.after that vomiting and loose motion start , a severe headache is continually occurred till today .at first fever was 103 or 104 approx.then after medication it will lowered down to 99 or 100.

Did you travel recently??
If it is due to travel, take rest and adequate fluids and antibiotics
Plenty of fluids
For headache take paracetamol tab
If it is still there, get blood investigations done
