Diarrhoea & vomiting
Few days before my son was diagnosed from typhoid as he was hospitalised for 3days & after 3 days for day care IV monocef. Now from this Monday evening oral medicine started Zifi 200 1&half tab twice a day. From today watery stool started & he vomited twice & whatever he eats he feel like his stomach is full.
I asked my doctor but he said only to have semi solid for stool .
Please advise

Ensure proper oral liquids
Semisolid non spicy food
Appetite will be regained around 10-15 days
If loose motions are excessive ,probiotics and zinc can be added and may required re admission
