Diarrhoea issue

Asked for Male, 22 Years

3 days ago I ate outside. 2 days later i had diarrhoea, my brother had diarrhoea a day earlier. I suffer from constipation as well. I'm already taking PEG powder and Nexpro RD 40 tablet for constipation and acidity from a week. After the dinner outside i am releasing foul smelling gas. The consistency of stool seems to be improving. Will the PEG fibre powder treat the diarrhoea or will u have to take antibiotics?

PEG powder is a laxative and it will cause the diarrhea. Kindly stop having the PEG powder and have ORS. Drink ORS regularly and aim at drinking a minimum of 3 liters of water. Have a liquid diet and increase it slowly depending on how you tolerate the food.
