Diarrhoea and loose motions

Asked for Male, 14 Years

Hi.I am having diarrhoea since 5 days(age 14)... And still not recoverd... Taking proper medications as provided by my doctor and still having loose motions. Confused about whats happening how will it get fine. Today i had about 10 times watery stool and took sporolac. Earlier had a bit of urine infection also.plzz help asap

Complete the course of antibiotic Tab Ofloxacin + Ornidazole twice a day for 5 days Sporolac three times a day for 5 days Plenty of fluids Tab Loperamide 2 mg once only if frequency of stool more then 4 times
