Diarrhea have from last 10 days

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I do potty from last 9 days but it's not watery so at first I dnt focus in it that much.. But after that I started feeling fatigued so I went to dctr on Saturday.. He gave me 10 days medicines for diarrhea.. I feel very much weak fatigued and mood swing is horrible.. I still do potty 3 times.. But potty colour is now okay.. Please tell me can diarrhea cause that much weakness? I feel so much fatigued and crying all the day
