Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi doc.. my baby is 5 months old and having loose motions from last 10-15 days. She is exclusively breast fed. She poops during or after food. Stool tests shows 3-4 pus cells. And trace of blood. However no blood is seen with naked eyes. We already gave z and d , endrogermina and ofloxacin oral suspension for 5 days.. but still no relief atall. What would be reason,? Or is that normal for ebf?
