Diagnosed Abpa , 11 year boy
2 years back , acute rhinosinitis: FESS for removal of polyps. Took 1week steriods and spray for 1 month
6 months later , fever that increases even after antibiotic s upto 103 f and after 20 days admitted to hospital for bhroncoscopy
