My mom is had tests today with results FBS-201 and post pandrial-288. She is feeling like head nerve are pulling and throat muscles are pulling. She is feeling weak also. Please suggest some table to reduce the sugar levels.

Hello There. I can understand your concern for your mother . is she also a hypertensive? janumet50/500 she has been taking since how many years? and how many times in a day? along with the medications she need to do strict diet control to achieve desired sugar goals. she should avoid foods with high glycemic index like rice, coconut etc. exercise regularly and lose weight is she is over weight. i would suggest you consult a endocrinologist for further management. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
