Diabetic since 2009,on insulin,Janumet
Hi, I am diabetic since 2009 and on medication i take janumet 50/500 twice a day before meal and Lantus 14 points at night. My sugar is not getting controller it ranges between 150-180 fasting. Facing issues like blurry vision, heating sensation in feet.

Blurry vison and burning soles are because of uncontrolled sugar levels. Other oral medicines can be tried for controlling sugar levels. If still uncontrolled then insulin will need to be changed or increased.
Make sure you are following the dietary precautions and are exercising regularly.
