You should undergo a dilated retinal examination by a retina specialist. Also we would like to see all your old records and investigations. Might need a new OCT and if renal status is good, a fresh FFA to diagnose the stage of diabetic retinopathy according to which we can treat you father and do the needful.
Next Steps
see a retina specialist.
