Diabetic need complete solution for ED.

I m age about 44 year. Suffering from diabetes and taking ryzodeg insulin now. Last 2-3 yr. I feel like impotent. I made 4- 5  different sexologist doctor visit near Delhi n NCR and invested more than 1 lakh inr in consultation and medicine but everything went in vein and result is zero. I have the desire for sex but there is no sensation and tightness in my penile. Now I think I can't get a single doctor who can really help me to come out from my this condition based on my past experience. Still I am writing here if Any doctor who can really cure my issue where I can feel the improvement  MAX in couple of weeks then only I am interested for consultation. I m looking for the doctor who really love patient and accept the challenge to cure as primary. I don't want any doctor who believe to elongate the process for repeated consultation charge or have the tie up with some medicine company to write the same medicine their mutual benefit. I hope & believe my contents r clear for honest doc.
