I'm travelling to a hot country next month and will be staying there for three weeks. The temparature would be 40 degrees + - How can I keep my insulin cool?

Its important to keep insulin in the recommended temperature. Insulin travel packs(storage kit) is available on the web which will maintain insulin in the required temperature. Once you reach your destination you can store the insulin in the non freezer compartment of your refrigerator as usual.
