It is in the borderline range. You will need to confirm with a blood test called hba1c which will give an idea regarding the average blood sugar levels in your body over the past 3 months. Mostly, you will require just dietary modifications and exercise and regular tests every 3 months. However, select people require to be started on medicines depending on other risk factors as judged by your doctor.
