Dear Dr., Is it ok to do 14-10 hour intermittent fasting for a diabetic patient with post meal sugar of 180?

No... Never... Always advisable to go for small but frequent meal.... If there is a long gap then there will be hypoglycemia inbetween meal and hyperglycemia just after taking a meal.... This erratic sugar level leads to more complications in a Diabetic patient than a normal person
