Deworming for my daughter
My daughter who is 2 yrs 10 mths had th is anal itching tonight. We had given her bandy syrup for same issue about 5 months back. Can I give her the medicine again now. Is this fine to give within 6 mths time

Hey, history of perianal itching at night suggestive of enterobius vermicularis . bandy syp is albendazole syp which you can give to child but prevent reinfection, patient and family hygiene must be improved, and individuals must be certain to wash their hands before eating. At-risk individuals should bathe upon waking to help reduce the possibility of egg contamination. Tell child not to scratch perianal region. The entire household should be treated simultaneously. Washing sheets, clothes, and towels in a washing machine using regular laundry soap can eliminate eggs
