Descending perineum syndrome
My vagina's posterior wall just feel broken, empty and thinned out. it stretches to the anal thats why i am not able to defecate, pass gass or urinate. so much of pressure in perineum, nd lower vagina. manomtery, colnoscopy all notmal. mri shows hline 4.9cm and anorectal descent. doc say i hv descending perineum syndrome because of fascia tear during delivery. can anyone help
