My ovulation is done on16th day of mense thru ultrasound scan...what chances of my pregency??which day am testing the fertilization?nd my left ovary 3cms dermoid cyst is der ..is it prblm for pregency plz tell me am abt worried it

Chances of pregnancy will be same as other women,, however dermoid will continue to grow and faster during pregnancy.. would recommend removal
