Dermadew for 15days baby

Asked for Female, 50 Years

Dear doctor. I have been blessed with a son who now is just 15 days old. Unfortunately his skin underneck, between the hands elbow, back area and below the hip area is reddish and derma related. (In hindi GHAMORIIYA) One of govt doctor suggested to apply dermadew lotion aloe.. My question is .. is it safe to apply dermadew for the 15 days old baby? Please provide me a helpful suggestions.. Thank you
