Thank you Dr Naresh for your reply. Also i have to say that i am feeling better when i did not took medicine. Only thing i have to think is that i am unable to sleep at night kindly suggest me what to do for it.

Hello.. You can ask leading doubts as private question.. go to bed at regular timing each day.. Don't have too much of coffee or tea , avoid watching TV, playing games at bed , relax do breathing exercise ,listen to some music , do exercise in morning,don't take sleeping pills without consulting doctor
