I have been depressed for a week and i cant concentrate in my work, i have been trying to keep up my mood and focus on my duties but its not helping me anymore. because of depression i could not have proper sleep and i am loosing my appetite. i tried to get rid of it but it keeps coming to my mind .

Hi there, I understand your concern. Depression is the main cause for lack of sleep and loss of appetite. First find out the cause for your depression. List out the reasons and try solving it one by one. Try engaging yourself with others. Go out for a dinner along with yourfriends and family. Share the reason for your depression with your trusted onesand try solving it with them. You can do it but you just need to believe that you can.
