Depression.
I have all symptoms similar to PCDD. I get super angry and aggressive before my periods. I feel low, depressed and suicidal majority of the time. Meeting people is something I have started hating, I am even trying to avoid phone calls nowdays. I cry for hours and that too for issue which would not draw my attention normally. Severe mood swings and headache is also common. My stomach gets upset and I feel lot of inferiority complex and guilty of my actions too. Is this all normal before periods or do I need some medications? Please guide me. I need HELP!!
