Depression attacks
Hello I have been married since past 2 years. Was a totally carefree independent girl, but got into arrange marriage in a conservative Marwari family, where for every little thing you need to take permission and there is lot more difference in thought process, due to which my in laws think that I am not a girl up to mark and they always have complain about me. First year I was very depressed due to a total changed atmosphere..but after 1st year of marriage I started working by convincing them as I couldn't sit idle whole day. They allowed me somehow to work from home. I could see a change in me..as I was occupied. But still there were issue now n then for no reason. But guess due to hearing all negativity about me since past 2 years my anxiety and reaction has got to level which I never ever experienced in my whole life.i am getting attacks of vibration of all over my body, I scream like anything, weep out loud to death! I don't know what's happening to me. Plz help

Hi..... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help preven,t a relapse of symptoms.... Consult Psychiatrist.....
