But I am unable to do my office work and forgetfulness main problem
Previously Devine 100 and anxazap 20 worked for me but know due to change in doctor the given medicine does not give results
I am also confused what is my major problem

Depression and anxiety are treated with medicines and counselling. And both respond well so dont lose hope. Response to treatment depends upon compliance, duration of treatment, physical attributes and history of course of illness so far.Often both occur concurrently and equally so both are your major problems for now. Two options are : follow up with your psychiatrist and share your current issues. Consult another psychiatrist for second opinion. Continue medicines meanwhile.
