You had discussed one medical Condition very well but you had not mention any symptoms regarding your depression why you are saying vibration of depression symptoms in particular I am missing which are indicative of depression.
The report u had provided shows u had mild erosion which can be produced due to stress but not due to depression. May be u r eating less due to gastric issue which is causing weight loss.
